I have to tell you, I am sort of a picky eater and I hate cooking so I was worried there wouldn’t be enough recipes in this book that I would even think about trying. I was wrong!
So far I have loved everything I have tried. A couple of my favorite recipes include Bacon and Caramelized Onion Egg Muffins and the Chili Loaded Baked Potato. Both are so easy to make!
The next few recipes I’d like to try are the Fiesta Chicken Skillet and the Apple Chicken and Veggies. And for dessert (yes, there are desserts in this diet book) the Chocolate Very Cherry Ice Cream!
I am the worst at meal planning so I appreciate that this book helps me plan my weekly menus (sample menus are included for each phase), shop for approved food, and prep my food for the week.
