Simple Spring Salads | National Salad Month

National Salad Month

Did you know that May is National Salad Month? What better way to celebrate than with these 12 amazing salads – all which contain fruit!

Confession time. I used to hate salads with fruit in them. I’m not even sure why. He also got me hooked on salads with fruit and non-traditional (Ranch, French, Italian) dressing.
