I love everything about Easter. Of course, the reason for the season is most important, but the food comes in second for me. Growing up we always had the same meal for Easter lunch – baked ham, some sort of potato, a veggie, deviled eggs…and dessert.
Pies were most the most prominent dessert in my home then. A very traditional choice. More than 20 years later, it seems like there are a bazillion choices when it comes to sweet Easter treats.

I’ve rounded up some of the best I’ve found. Also known as, the desserts I want to make. There are 8 of them. So, I’m positive I won’t be baking from sun up to sun down on Saturday just to appease my ridiculously strong sweet tooth. I will, however, make one or two. But, how do I choose?
